Tasting Notes

2012 Indigené Cellars Sauvignon Blanc
Chalky yellow hue, intense tropical fruit and citrusy toasted nose, Sophisticated grapefruit, lime and green apple flavors. This 100% Barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc has a unique angle of bright acidity yet silky roundness. Its ripe concentrated fruit and progressive creamy toast was made to enjoy now but will mature elegantly with proper cellaring.

2009 Indigené Cellars Ambiente Tuscan Red Blend
An intense aroma of cranberry, cherry nose precedes expressive raspberry and plum notes. Freshly ground pepper and structured tannins round out this unique Tuscan style blend. Full bodied, smooth tannins.
Silver Medal  Central Coast Wine Competition

2009 Indigené Cellars Parenthesis Syrah
Exhibits multiple levels of smoked meat and deep mineral nose. Fruit-driven tones of blackberry and dark chocolate precede its long and structured finish. Full bodied, with mild tannins
