Forbidden Root Botanical Brews Tasting
***CHANGE OF PLAN!***
Due to the overwhelming response we have decided to change the limited-availability seatings of 6pm & 8pm to an informal tasting throughout the evening from 6pm thru 8pm! Not only will more people get to participate,this will also spread out the dinner seatings so we don't create any long waits.
Randy Mosher, internationally known author and expert in creative brewing, & Forbidden Root Rootmaster, Robert Finkel, will be here for a hands-on, sensory-'splosion tasting class featuring Forbidden Root botanicals & brews. "Challenging traditional beer-making methods that typically use large amounts of barley and hops, Forbidden Root sought out to experiment with smells and tastes searching for unique roots, herbs, and spices."
Chef Stefano will be creating a matching Blackboard Menu with the herbs & spices found within those beers for a great culinary evening, should you decide to stay for dinner.
Because the event has changed from a formal class to an informal seating, all of you who've purchased tickets already will receive a $10 PR Gift Certificate when you come in on May 7th!
