We are thrilled to present our second YoFiFest special event with social media maven Joyce Sullivan, Founder/CEO SocMediaFin.com, who will run a workshop session on best ways to use Twitter and Instagram.

Have you ever wondered how best to use these social media platforms to share your art, boost your business or engage with other like-minded individuals? Then this workshop is for you!

Joyce will lead a hands-on session to show you how to setup your tweets and Instagram posts for the most effective reach and audience engagement. And then the second half of the evening will be an Ask and Answer session on tweaking your twitter and Instagram profile to best share your message with the world.

Joyce Sullivan is founder and CEO of SocMediaFin, a boutique social media consulting firm specializing in social media leadership training for specialty firms, non-profit organizations, and regulated industries. She is an early adopter of emerging technologies and actively participates in New York City's "Silicon Alley" start-up and digital communities. She speaks at numerous industry conferences, including South by Southwest in Austin Texas, about the emerging world of social media, non-profits, regulated industries, community engagement, crowdsourcing, career reinvention and creative disruption. Joyce is also an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College in the School of Public Affairs teaching social media communications. With over 20 years experience as a global project manager with firms including, Citi, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo/First Fidelity, she brings a seasoned industry perspective to the emerging world of social media, global organizations, community engagement and regulated industries.
