Dancing With Gorillas

Join Bob Wing and Bob Stilger in this two day workshop which will explore what we can learn from the unexpected -- and how we learn it in and with our bodies.

Seems like the rug gets pulled out from under us on a really regular basis these days. And there are so many words: paradigm shift, transformative change, systems shift. It's happening to each of us and it is happening to all of us. For the most part, it is hard to figure out what the hell to do with ourselves and with the systems we live in.

In our time together we will explore how to:

>>explore how we each can do a better job of offering our own leadership in these changing times. What gifts do we have and how do we develop more confidence in using them?

>>learn and practice Art of Hosting social technologies to help people in any system listen to each other, discover common ground, and take action. How can these methodologies help us harvest the wisdom and knowledge present in our systems?

>>discover how to use and trust our bodies as we navigate messy times. When our ideas about leadership and about change are embodied, they are always accessible. How we stand and how we hold ourselves when our ground is pulled away?

>>surface the guiding principles and stepping stones which help us find our path forward when our "old normal" suddenly disappears. When disasters hit mudslides, forest fires, divorces, sudden job loss how can we use them to create gateways for new resilience? And why not do it now?

>>widen your own ways of seeing the world and finding the places where you can take a stand
