The TotalBodyFit Running Club
Have you ever wanted to run but not sure how to do it? Maybe you worry about your form, knee pain, or being out of breath? This year is the year you can change that and we will show you how.
Come to our 1st ever TotalBodyFit running club and get more info on our ongoing running clinic. Classes schedule for this year will be May 12, 2015 - October 28, 2015
Whether you're looking to get or stay in shape, improve your cardiovascular fitness or running is a hobby to enjoy exercising outdoors, The TotalBodyFit NYC Running Club is the place for you!
You'll learn everything from proper training methods to running techniques/tips, diet recommendations, to the best suggested running gear. Becoming a member will also help prepare you for local races in the city including 5K, 10K, half marathon and the NYC marathon. The running paths and courses will be in different locations throughout the city such as areas in Central Park, East River and along the West Side. Come join us Tuesday evenings rain or shine!
To keep it entertaining we will do a different run location monthly and the locations will be announced by email.
About your running coach
Oscar Kemjika is A NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Holistic Health Consultant with over four years experience. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY he has always been involved in athletics and had a passion for health and fitness. He graduated Lehman College Graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. Oscar been running track for over 11 years specializing in both the 400m and 800m distances. His style of training encompasses cardiovascular and core strength and conditioning with specialties in weight loss, weight management, corrective exercise and injury prevention. He believes that the body is the best machine and his training methods/style embody that with little or no need for the use of equipment while executing various exercises to target all major and core muscle groups. Oscar is available for one-on-on personal training and running.

This month's location: We will be meeting at W. 39 Street at the NY waterway across the West Side highway Look for the TotalBodyFit team wearing their black TotalBodyFit T-shirts.

Time: 6pm- 7pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior (5:45pm) to make new friends and get started at 6pm on a dot.
Price of this event: $10 (you can bring a friend for free if you buy online) $15 in person
What to wear: Comfortable sneakers and your favorite running outfit.
