In this presentation, participants will honor themselves and others through FREE-STYLE movement.
Together, we will:
EXHIBIT courage just by attending
EXPERIENCE joy, laughter, love and peace
EXPLORE your personal essence through free-style movement that is sacred to you
EXPAND your self-awareness, understanding, and acceptance of yourself
EXCITE your soul through your feeling body vs. your mental thoughts
EXERCISE self-love and self-forgiveness by making peace with your body
Please dress comfortably to allow yourself freedom of movement.
Cost $15.00 per session
Please note that session no. 2 builds upon session no. 1. All are encouraged to attend both sessions for the fullest experience of the materials and experiences offered.
