Garlic Mustard Pull for Forest Health
NJ Audubon and the Cape May Habitat Restoration Task Force (CMHRTF) are seeking volunteers to help remove garlic mustard; an invasive biennial, from a maritime forest restoration site within Cape May Point State Park. Maritime forests are important and diminishing habitats that provide wildlife and migratory bird species with food and cover. Garlic mustard and other non-native species have colonized this area compromising forest health, and we need your help to stop it! Immediately following work period, a light lunch will be served.
