4.48 Psychosis
4.48 Psychosis is a play by a British playwright, one of the pioneers of the 'in-yer-face' theater movement, Sarah Kane. It is her last work before she committed suicide in 1999. This is a powerful and moving piece that depicts a woman's reflections on depression and the effect it has had on her life, in her final hours. We would like to show you what goes on in a depressed person's mind. We would like to raise awareness about depression and we would like to lift the stigma surrounding it.
