About the hosts:
Ellie Shepley experienced her own health transformation when her family discovered plant-based living over a decade ago. She was able to heal her chronic allergies and digestive issues and has since helped hundreds of people discover the power of whole food nutrition (deprivation free!) and return to thriving health and wellness. She is deeply committed to her mission of inspiring healthy living around the world.
Maria Andrade is the founder of TotalBodyFit and the lead nutrition coach. She is a certified holistic health counselor, graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2007. She founded TotalBodyFit in 2008 and has worked with hundreds of individual nutrition clients. Maria is a frequent speaker at health and wellness, and private corporate events. She has been featured as a nutrition expert on numerous TV appearances, including on air cooking demos. Her reluctance to take pills in order to battle issues like depression, hypoglycemia and digestive issues led her into learning nutrition and healing with whole foods.
