ALL electrical and internet will be handled via NRG Center and information will be emailed to you by May 2015. Space City Comic Con will not take or accept orders for these add-on services.
The ticketing vendor, Brown Paper Tickets, will be sending you a physical ticket via USPS at no extra charge. The "free/USPS 1st Class" ticket option will automatically shut off about 7 days before our event date. We do offer USPS Priority and USPS Express shipping (at current USPS rates, charged to the customer) for the last few days if necessary. We can also look you up at Will Call.
Space City Comic Con will be sending ALL exhibitors a set of free ticket redemption codes or links, alternately physical printed tickets, which you may give away to friends and family.
Set-up is currently planned for Thursday, July 23rd Noon - 7pm and partial Friday, July 24th 8am - 11:30am.
Show Hours:
Friday, July 24th Noon - 8pm
Saturday, July 25th 10am - 7pm
Sunday, July 26th 10am - 6pm
Move out is Sunday until 11:59 pm.

I was thinking of selling t-shirts and accessories at this convention. would I need to get the "Artist/Small Press" or "Exhibitors & Vendors" table? |

Unless these are blank shirts that you decorate yourself, crafts, etc, it should be a vendor booth. |
