Tapas, Tunes & Toasts
Celebrating Wayne County's finest food, drink and music!

The Tapas, Tunes & Toasts fundraiser will be an evening of lake-region-only offerings, highlighting Wayne County-produced wine, a tapas-style menu featuring dishes made using Wayne County grown/produced products and live Wayne County-based musical entertainment!

Tapas:
The evening will feature farm-to-table catering with The Ant Hill Farm Kitchen.  The Anthill Farm Kitchen is the creation of Anthill Farmer and artist, Monique Milleson, who's labor of love here at the farm- cooking, baking, canning and preserving, had her wanting to share her discoveries and innovations with more than just friends and family.  More information at http://www.theanthillfarm.com/farm-to-table-catering-available/

Tunes:
Based in NYC and Northeast PA the Jazz Assassins features Vince Marrone on guitar and Bob Wilson on bass.  Specializing in cocktail and dinner parties, or any small formal function, the Jazz Assassins play instrumental jazz standards as well as select pop tunes.   On the flip side you can just as easily find these cats rocking out with larger ensembles to the soul stirring sounds of some fiercely funkadelic and deeply righteous grooves... depending on the venue of course!  Influences range from straight ahead jazz through fusion, funk and R&B.  More information at: www.jazzassassinsmusic.com/

Toasts:
Wood Winery, located on the Endless Mountains Wine Trail in Northeast Pennsylvania, is a family owned and operated business where quality wines are hand crafted in small batches. From the time the handpicked grapes arrive at the winery to be processed until the time we transfer the fermented juice into the bottles, the winery's goal is to provide quality products that showcase the bounty of local farmers.  More information at: www.woodwines.com
