A Journey School Presents: A farm To Fork Dinner

Come join us at A Journey School for our 2nd Farm to Fork Dinner! Will be serving 4 courses that feature the freshest and most vibrant offerings from Nash's Organic Produce in addition to some great wine from our local Chateau St. Michelle Winery! This event will help fund a new garden for the children at A Journey School to tend to and nurture this spring.

Our Menu Consists Of:

1st course
Parmeasn Panna Cotta With Prosciutto, Peas, Mint And Radishes

2nd course
Cold Smoked Cod With Tartar Sauce, Crispy Potatoes And Malt Vinegar Gastrique

3rd course
Braised Pork And Spring Vegetable Ragout

4th course
Chocolate Ganache With Strawberries, Maple, Rhubarb, And Basil

Vegetarian menus are available.

While the adults dine, Childcare will be offered, free of charge, by the amazing A Journey School teachers. Let the children play and experience the fun of all of our classrooms while the adults get to meet with friends and neighbors.

There will be 2 seatings available for this event (6pm & 8pm). Please be sure to make your appropriate selection when making your reservation. We are so pleased to meet you at this lovely community event!

I've always loved food and everything about it. Ever since I was young I thought it was the most amazing thing. I was lucky enough to go to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and there they took that child like amazement and gave me the fundamentals to take my career where it is today. I've had the chance to work in great restaurants across the country but giving back and teaching is something that I've wanted to do. The opportunity I get at the school is such a unique one and one that I truly love. I really believe that appreciating and understanding where your food is coming from can shape your life and give you skills far beyond simply knowing how to cook. I also believe it starts at a young age and so I take a lot of pride in the work I do to shape new palates.
