Los Angeles Dance Festival
LA is the hot spot for dance. Even the New York Times is noticing. Modern started here in the early 1900's and the local dance community is now stronger than ever. Not seen much of them? That is because they are touring all over American and to China, Scotland, Poland, Russia, Canada, Mexico, Spain, West Indies, Cuba, India, Israel and France to name a few locations. Los Angeles Dance Festival brings these award winning choreographers and dancers home for four amazing days of contemporary Dance in LA. Thirty companies. Four nights of completely different shows and 3 days of classes, complete with food trucks. What is not to like about this festival? Held in Downtown LA at the Brewery Arts Complex in both the Diavolo and Brockus studios. A rare chance to see the work of these aritst up close. LADF sells out so buy your tickets early.
