MY 5 MINUTES

Come once or 100 times! Each time try something new or different. Change your mind. Go deeper!
1. WARM UP: Everyone begins with simple, guided exercises to relax and cultivate energy.
2. Each person has an opportunity to SHARE for 5 minutes.***
3. After each sharing, everyone writes or draws simple APPRECIATIONS for the person sharing that s/he takes home.
Some POSSIBILITIES for sharing include telling a story - PLANNED OR IMPROVISED, reading poetry, singing, dancing, playing an instrument, sharing a piece of art.
***You are welcome to simply observe instead of share.

Penina is a Creativity Facilitator with Advanced Graduate Studies in the Professional Applications of the Expressive and Creative Arts from Salve Regina University. She has been inspiring creativity in people of all ages for many years. Penina plays congas in the band Las Gabacha-chas, loves to speak in accents and gibberish.
