Poplar Grove Kentucky Derby Party
The Board of Directors at Poplar Grove Foundation, Inc. will open the grounds to televise the race, show off stylish (and outlandish) hats, play horseshoes and other lawn games, place bets for Win, Place & Show, enjoy Mint Juleps and Southern Fare.
21+ event includes open bar, food & drinks, raffle, and best dressed & best hat contests. Possum Creek & Phantom Playboys will be playing rock'a billy & bluegrass. This event is to raise awareness for Equine Abuse and to raise funds in support of our Animal Sanctuary.
Tickets are $75 for food, drinks, and music. Ticket price includes an Individual $50 1-year membership to Poplar Grove.
GATES OPEN AT 3:30, so come early & be prepared for one thoroughbred good time!
