Come enjoy this tasteful presentation of satisfying Asian tapas packed with explosive flavors and complex textures. Delight your palate with a selection of eight delectable culinary creations spanning the breadth of Asia, plus two irresistible desserts. Throughout the evening, guests will taste mouthwatering Khmer Fishcakes to unique experiences like Sous vide Pork Belly Satay and Ma Hor (a traditional Royal Thai appetizer) prepared by Olive Huang and Som K, underground chef extraordinaire, two culinary artists originally from Taiwan and Thailand.
