Kombucha tea, popular these days as a beverage rich in probiotics and more, is straightforward to brew and does not require complicated equipment or ingredients. Join us to learn about the kombucha tea-making process from start to finish, and about adding in botanicals and ways to use the finished product. Want to learn how to make that crazy chia seed kombucha? You won't believe how easy it is.

ABOUT BROOKLYN MOMPOST This workshop will be led by instructors from Brooklyn Mompost. Brooklyn Mompost is the skill and service of Dr. Annie Hauck-Lawson, registered dietitian, author, and master composter. Dr. Annie is the Greening Director at Poly Prep Country Day School and the founder of Brooklyn Mompost headquartered at the Brooklyn Grange Farm.
