Mason Dixie Burlesque and Dirty Squirty Circus are teaming up for a tour finale of big-ass proportions Sunday, March 8th at Asheville Music Hall! You are not getting just one epic, spectacular extravaganza of real, live, American variety show entertainment, but TWO epic, spectacular extravaganzas of real live, American variety show entertainment! There will be scantily clad dancing ladies, there will be sideshow stunts, feats of strength, raffles, comedy and shenanigans galore, all culminating in an electro-swing danceparty!

Blue Moon Circus is a collective of performers from Louisville, Kentucky and Indiana. They are headed out by the "Goddess of Fire" Ember. She dances through your soul with fire-lit fingers, and will wiggle her way into your hearts with her shimmy and shake. Not only is she beautiful, but she is mighty dangerous. Walking on, walking on...broken glass. Jacek will inspire your inner child with his super skilled unicycle tricks! On small and large stages alike...what CAN'T he do riding on one wheel? Shawna the Dead will twist your brain with his shocking acts of danger! ...what is he putting in his nose NOW?! Octo Claw, ringmaster extraordinaire, will be riddling his way through your ears with tales of circus life.

Vourteque is a rising star in the electro swing & neo-vaudeville communities. Musician, producer, remix artist, DJ, carny, & ringmaster - he entertains and wows crowds from Los Angeles to New York. His sound can best be described as a cross between the house and disco influenced European style electro swing, injected with a dose of good ol' American industrial, techno, and gothic blues. He's one of the minds behind Chicago's Rouge! Electro Swing series, as well as the Carnivale Delirium events, and is one of the founders of this year's first Calliope Festival!
He's performed for a wide variety of audiences, from the Steampunk Ball in Tampa and The Anachronism in New York City to being an audience favorite at Detroit's Theatre Bizarre four years running!
