The Butterfly Effect: Night of Transformation
On March 28th we'll gather for a Night of Transformation. Through stirring gospel music, moving liturgical dance, and inspiring messages attendees will learn how the stages of a butterfly parallel our own. Who would imagine that a butterfly can provide us insight into how we can transform our stories, lives, and hearts? Your next level is tied to a butterfly! During the night, those gathered will encounter artistry, which will help us:
1) Face opposition in our lives (caterpillar),
2) Endure transition in which externally it seems that nothing is happening but internally we know change is unfolding (cocoon), and finally
3) Celebrate reproduction wherein we soar into our promise and pass on what we've learned to others (butterfly).
This gathering is MULTI-ETHNIC & LGBT-INCLUSIVE.
There's FREE PARKING for this event! You can park in the lot that's on the west side of Indiana between 18th and Cullerton. It is marked with signs for, "DCFS," and, "MUSEUM PARKING."
