Food for Thought: Quinoa
The second evening in the food for thought series will focus on the ancient grain of Quinoa. Chef Stark will demonstrate cooking methods and techniques and Wes Cecil PhD. will provide a tour through the history and influence of this unique food. Specially designed courses will be served to let you taste the history of Quinoa, an amazingly healthy and versatile food. Craft wine and beer will be available.
