Whether in a vase, in an exercise, or on the dance floor, participants will learn about the relationship of flow and form that can lead to movement fluency and fluid regeneration in all areas of life. This course is designed for all who want to learn to use the processes of rhythm and the dynamics of water to invigorate all aspects of their lives. She is an outspoken advocate for the need for holistic education and research into understanding the processes of Nature and Sustainability.
