Artisan Series "Barrels in Winemaking" with lunch
We invite you to come to the winery for an in-depth seminar and workshop on the importance of barrels in the winemaking process. Learn the difference between French Oak and American Oak. Find out how using different ages of barrels,toasting levels and how long wine is in them affect wine. See how we take these barrel elements to make Sonoma-Cuter Chardonnay and Pinot noir. See a toasting demonstration at the winery to learn how a barrel is actually made. After the workshop enjoy a 3 course lunch on our terrace paired with wines that are made in barrels that you have learned about.$75 per person /Wine Club members always receive 10% preferred pricing.
