Dark Divas
The production "Dark Divas" presents a moving and entertaining presentation about some of the most popular iconic African American performers of the 20th century. When and where they were born and what influenced them as entertainers. We'll explore the lives of these ladies, not only the downs but the ups. We invite you to come with us, we're going to take you through the music, the magic and motions of Dark Divas."
The first half of the show is at the Apollo Theater and the second half at the Cotton Club. Those two legendary Harlem venues launched the careers of the women high lighted in the show. Please enjoy this short clip:
