We are MORE than 'haunted', MORE than 'history'. We will delve into the paranormal, which is more than just ghosts. We will talk about haunted oak trees, 'ladies in white', strange history, bigfoot, werewolf & chupacabra sightings, as well as some good ole spooky ghost stories.
And, as we have to appeal to a broad audience, we offer some straight history stories as well. Of course, if it's strange, unusual, weird, dark, we talk about it; Serial killers, urban legends/myths and creepy tales.
What sets 'Strange Journeys' apart is the fact that we offer what we call 'interactive' tours. That means that there will be 2 locations where we will participate in 'mini' paranormal investigations. So, feel free to use whatever ghost hunting equipment you'd like to bring with you. We do provide dowsing rods, pendulums and, if the conditions are conducive, possibly a digital recorder.
Just know that we WON'T:
* Try to scare you (this is NOT a 'haunted hay ride'!We'll let the stories themselves put a chill down your spine!)
* Sensationalize any story (we give 'em the way we get 'em!)
* Fabricate stories (our stories come from RESEARCH and NOT our IMAGINATIONS!)
Also, please remember to show up at the starting location about 15-20 minutes early so the tour can start on time.
And, this IS a walking tour! Please remember to wear good walking shoes!
