Wes Cecil PhD. and Chef Arran Stark will present an evening of food and fun focusing on the POTATO.
Chef Stark will demonstrate cooking methods and techniques associated with the potato and Wes Cecil PhD. will provide a tour through the history and influence of this unique food. Specially designed courses will be served to let you taste the history of potato as it has been prepared and served around the world. Craft wine and beer will be available.
Following Evenings will feature the Cabbage, Quinoa, and Salmon.
