Feb 19th - Third Thursday Beer Pairing Dinner @ Amplified!
We are back at it again in this month with a 3-course beer pairing menu featuring the amazing beers of AleSmith!
The $25 3-course menu will consist of:
Hibiscus Lil' Devil: Paired with a spinach, brie, almond, & jicama with hibiscus-lime vinaigrette
My Bloody Valentine: Paired with flank steak and mushroom demi-glace, pan roasted fingerling potatoes, sauteed asparagus
Vietnamese Speedway Stout: Paired with Speedway Stout infused tiramisu
