The Craft of Fermentation
Join Slow Food North Louisiana and Chef Gabriel Balderas of Superior Grill for a demonstration class on the craft of fermentation, Wednesday, February 4 at 6 pm at Zocolo.
Fermentation can mean lots of things (the beginning stages of bread and booze, for example), but in this case we mean learning to preserve foods such as pickled cucumbers, kimchi and yogurt, an ancient practice.
