Fast & Easy 501c3 Tax-Exemption? The New Form 1023 EZ
In 2014 the IRS released the new Form 1023 EZ. It's a short online application for nonprofits to obtain 501c3 tax-exemption. The application is shorter and the process time is shorter. However, there are limitations on which nonprofits can use the EZ form and risks involved in using it.
