Join local chef Paula Shoyer and the release of her new cookbook, The New Passover Menu. First, a demonstration and a taste of soup, salad and two desserts. You'll also receive the ingredients to make a biscotti dough to take home after the event to bake.
Paula will talk about Passover cooking and baking and her journey, plus share tips and planning ideas. She'll have her cookbooks available for sale: Holiday Kosher Baker, The Kosher Baker and The New Passover Menu. French-trained pastry chef Paula Shoyer wrote The Kosher Baker: Over 160 Dairy-Free Recipes from Traditional to Trendy to start a kosher baking revolution. A former attorney, Paula teaches baking in DC and across the US and Canada and is a frequent guest on local and national television and radio.
