Vendor/Sponsor Options for Zumbathon for ConnectMed
Dear Community Supporter:
ConnectMed International is a non-profit organization providing reconstructive surgeries to children and adults around the world who suffer from deformities and disfiguring injuries. Through telemedicine, ConnectMed International is able to provide follow up care after each surgery, as well as educational resources to health care providers and students around the world. With your donations ConnectMed International can connect with even more people who are suffering worldwide. Together, we transform lives.
I am writing on behalf of a group of local Zumba instructors who have chosen ConnectMed International to be the beneficiary of our upcoming Zumbathon for ConnectMed fundraising event. The event will take place on Sunday March 8, 2015, at the Encinitas Community Center in Encinitas and we would like to invite you to be a part of this exciting opportunity. The event is expected to have 350 in attendance, and will include vendors and an opportunity drawing. All proceeds will go to help the children served by ConnectMed International.
We need your help! Attached please find our Sponsorship Levels and Donation forms, which outline the many opportunities you can choose to show your support for this event. Just imagine a $300.00 donation would take care of a cleft lip or palate repair for a baby, or a young child; so please, be generous. All donations are tax deductible. You will find attached a detailed list of the sponsorship and donation levels.
