Bubbles for Valentine's with the New York Times chief wine critic, ERIC ASIMOV
It's Valentine's and love is in the air. And oh what fun it is to pour bubbles in a glass and share it with that special someone.
There are so many sparkling wines to choose from and like any red or white, bubbles are not all the same. We're pleased to have Eric Asimov back at CBTB to guides us through six of his favorite festive beverages, though you hardly need an excuse to enjoy a glass of bubbly!
