Vendors it's that time of year again to start planning and prepping for this summers festivities! Vendors interested in Vending BoomBox in Da BoonDox Festival 2015 please message all your details to us at 503 933 0455 with a text or an email @ boomboxindaboondox@gmail.com .. once again we are not going to charge a vendors fee, you will only be charged the price of a ticket to get in.. you must first purchase your tickets to be listed as a vendor and for us to advertise your booth in our forum's. Vendors can go to www.boomboxfestival2015.bpt.me and use the code VENDF to purchase tickets @ $50.. Food vendors are required to provide insurance and we ask for 3 meal tickets from your booth (this helps us feed our troops and also helps us to promote your booth by Food of Mouth)! Vendors will be responsible for your own power and water needs (Bring your own Generator or Solar Panels). You will be required operate with integrity and cleanliness!

Attention all GLASS ARTIST:. . BoomBox in da BoonDox Festival is having a Glass Blowing Demo/Exhibition, where the artist will be setting up booths to Create, display, and sell hand blown glass at the Festival! There are no vendor fees to set up a booth, you will only be charged the price of a ticket to get in, or You can DONATE a Glass Piece worth $75 or more! Artist will need to bring their own tools, torch, and table. We will be providing a liquid tank, and a small kiln. -------------------------THEME CAMPING---------------------------
Theme Camping is where you turn your campsite into a fun place for other festival goers to stumble upon and enjoy. Decorations, games, social activities, and everything your mind and imagination can create, this is the foundation for a Theme Camp. We encourage all campers to either be part of a Theme Camp or to create a Theme Camp. Here are some key points...
1st- Your Camp is encouraged to have a Flag or Banner with your camp name on it and displayed through the duration of the festival! (a camp Logo is very Encouraged)
2nd- Your camp is encouraged to be part of the Parade/ Conga Line (Approx: 3:30pm Sat) .
3rd- Were looking for camps that participate in the festivals functions, camps that bring fun things for everyone to enjoy, pride in your camp, outfits and costumes, things that glow and light up, Smiles and awesome attitudes, a cool campsite, and Shenanigans are a must!
4th- Be Early for set up (gates open Friday @ noon) .. HAVE FUN EVERYONE!
5th- You and your group will need to buy regular tickets! Being a Theme camp does NOT get you free Tickets... Tickets on Sale Now @ discounted prices! (http://boomboxfestival2015.bpt.me)
6th- Camp Sound is permitted in areas marked for approval! You may only be loud enough for your camp to hear and groove down to! Please respect quiet times when we ask or we will ask you to pack up your sound.

We are So Happy to anounce that Oliver Sound Systems will be providing us with an amazing sound stage, known as The Boomin Stage! We are super stoked to have Rob of Infinity 6 providing us with out of this world Lasers and Lighting! Plus we will be having the very talented Mackie of Xplode ent. providing us with the best 3D video mapping in the NW!
Camp LongHorn will be Organizing a GROUP PHOTO each day at 3pm sharp. so be in front of the Boomin Stage at 3pm Fri, Sat & Sun, to be part of the Photo!
Saturday night Camp LongHorn will be hosting a ONES!E Party, so get your Ones!e on and get to Camp LongHorn!
(Free Hula Hoop Building Workshop) Hula Hoops with Ember Sat from 3pm to 6pm. Lets get creative as we build your one of a kind hula hoop! Sign up before hand to ensure your spot, or just show up and see if there is still room (limited supplies).
(Hula Hoop Skills Workshop) Shake your booty and improve your skills for the hula hoop contest on Sun at 4pm! Dont forget to bring your smiles~ all ages welcome!...
