Dr. Nii Okaikwei (Peter) Okantey, President of the PALM Institute, Accra, Ghana. Dr. Okantey holds a BA in Business Administration and a Master's in Management and Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific College; and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University School of Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship. In 2009 he received the Young Alumni of the Year Award from Warner Pacific College. Dr. Okantey also holds a teaching certificate from the Presbyterian College of Education in Ghana, West Africa and a Public Administration Diploma from the University of Ghana in Ghana, West Africa.

The PALM Institute of Strategic Leadership is a two-year accredited college located in Accra, Ghana. It offers diplomas in Business Administration and Computerized Accounting, a Certificate in Strategic Leadership, and a series of Professional Training Courses.
