Tools for Building an Inclusive Church
Are you passionate about growing the Reconciling Movement in your local congregation or church?
- Do you trust God and trust that God is in this process?
- Do you have knowledge of the Reconciling Process?
- Can you build relationships?
- Are you an active listener?
- Can you provide a nonanxious presence in the midst of potentially
difficult conversations?
This workshop is designed to help participants coach ministries through the Reconciling process. The training will include skills building around topics common in the Reconciling process including: complex identities, framing, steps of the Reconciling process, graceful engagement, and conflict management.

For travel planning purposes, the Friday night mixer will be at the home of Clayton King and Jeffery Schwalk from 7-9pm, 2903 River Drive, Columbia, SC 29201, located at the corner of River Drive and Union Street.
Saturday's workshop is being held at Agapé Conference Center
