Indie Designer Showcase

Jessica Daix of JDX Designs and Liesl Binx both Seattle based Independent Fashion Designers have joined forces to create a one of a kind fashion event. Taking place Saturday March 21st from 7-9 PM at Ballard Homestead 6541 Jones Ave Seattle, WA 98117.The event will kick off with a fashion show debuting both designers Spring 2015 collections and afterwards guests will be able to shop both designer's collections right off the runway.

The designers are excited to present Seattle with a fresh outlook on diversity in fashion. "This isn't just a fashion show, this is a celebration of beauty in all forms," says Liesl. Both designers are committed to fashion for all shapes, sizes and ethnicities.

JDX Designs
Jessica Daix the owner of JDX designs is a designer for the individualist. Born and raised in Southern California where she attended FIDM in LA, and now has moved up North to Seattle. She is designing clothing that are well made and bring out who you are as an individual.

Liesl Binx
Liesl founded her self titled apparel brand after being unable to find a variety of on-trend plus size apparel with high quality garment construction. She attended FIDM's fashion design program in order to learn the skills to be a successful & knowledgeable designer. After graduating she decided to jump right in and start up her own women's plus size sportswear brand. Her mission is to challenge people to be comfortable in their own skin regardless what mainstream fashion tells us what we, "can & cannot wear."
