WCRC Annual Gala

Please join us on Monday, February 23, 2015 from 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the Sequoyah Country Club in Oakland for a wonderful evening!

The evening will include plentiful food and wine, amazing performers (Amikaeyla Gaston and the Jazzschool's Advanced High School Workshop II under the direction of Erik Jekabson) as well as a short program to recognize three outstanding leaders who embody WCRC's three Cs: Community, Compassion and Change:

* Mills College; Alecia A. DeCoudreaux, President

* Linda Tillery, Musicologist, Cultural Heritage Choir

* Jane Garcia, Executive Director, La Clinica de La Raza

Individual tickets are $150 and premier seating for five is available for $1500. All proceeds help the Women's Cancer Resource Center provide critical emergency and practical support for women with cancer in our community. Our programs are free and open to people of all backgrounds, economic abilities and ethnicities.
