Winter Solstice: A Celebration of Wine, Cheese and Appetizers
For the fourth and final solstice event of 2014, we are once again bringing in Dennis Fassett of Epic Wines and Emily from Venissimo Cheese to Krakatoa where they will pair appetizers made specifically for this event by our in-house baker Julie Oakes.
Appetizers: Crudite Cheese Platter by Venissimo Baked Brie Homemade Crackers Bacon Baklava
Wines: Bubbles: Lucien Rosé from Alsace White: Chateau Musar Jeune Blanc from Lebanon Red: Pinot Noir from Montinore Estate from Oregon (Organic/Biodynamic) Red: Klinker Brick Winery Zinfandel from Lodi CA Dessert: Chanser's California Mead with mulling spices
This event starts at 6pm through 8:30pm on Friday, December 19th.
This is $20 in advance or $25 at the door.
