2007-2008 Season Pass
FALL 2007: At our Fall Concert, the Seattle Peace Chorus will voice the passionate desire for peace and justice we share with our South America neighbors. The chorus will feature the North American premiere of Misa por la Paz y la Justicia (Mass for Peace and Justice) written by Argentinean composer Ariel Ramirez. We will also present Songs and Tales, first hand stories of our 2007 Venezuelan Good Will Tour. Opening with a recreation of the drum festival pageant that we witnessed on our Venezuelan tour, SPC members will tell stories of connections made with the Venezuelan people we met. November 30th and December 1st, 2007 at 7:30pm at Seattle First Baptist Church (1111 Harvard Ave, Seattle, WA 98122)
SPRING 2008: "From Martin Luther to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr." - a commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the death of Dr. King. April 4th and 5th, 2008
