Benicia Community Women's Conference
Join Benicia women for a day of speakers and one hour classes to educate and empower women.

The Women's conference is sponsored by the Soroptimist International of Benicia whose motto is: Women Helping Women All profits from the event will be donated to the Soroptimists to help women in need.
Keynote speaker: Judie Donaldson on "Finding Courage to do Hard Things"
Classes include: Exercise for Busy Women - The Perfect 30 Minute Work out Parenting Adult Children Women's Health - From 18 - 90 Traveling on a Dime Investing for Women Getting Along with Difficult People Fun Outings in the Bay Area Get Involved - Volunteer Opportunities in Benicia Get Where You Want to Go - Setting and Achieving Goals De-cluttering and Organizing Your Home Overcoming Stress, Anxiety and Depression That's All Folks, Preparing for the End of Life

Serve We are asking that each attendee bring one item for needy women in our community to be distributed by Benicia City's Family Resource Center.
Items requested are: Diapers - all sizes Baby wipes - regular and sensitive Toiletries - full or travel size Cleaning Products Feminine products - pads & tampons Hand wipes/hand sanitizer Body soap or gel Toilet paper Tissues (all sizes)
We will also have one room set up during the conference to prepare kits to make dresses for young girls in poverty throughout the world. No sewing experience required.
