Hands-On Empanada-Making Class with Nancy Oltman of Pampeana Empanadas
Nancy will demo the preparation of two of Pampeana's most popular fillings: carne and spinach & cheese. Then the fun part! You will make a dozen empanadas to take home, practicing the different edge types. We'll nibble on empanadas and sip malbec while we work, just to get into the Argentine spirit!
