NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION "SHAPE UP!" RETREAT IN RHINECLIFF, NY

Start your New Year off right with a rejuvenating weekend of Dance,Yoga, Fitness, and Meditation classes lead by some of STH's favorite teachers, Dalienne Majors, Lori Jorgensen, Heidi Kinney and Karen Munson.

Enjoy a three course meal and dance party on Saturday night overlooking the Hudson River and explore the beauty of the Hudson Valley winter wonderland on your own in the afternoons. Space is limited, so register now!

$140 Whole Weekend Retreat -
10 movement classes, a three course dinner and dancing on Saturday night and a "good bye" buffet brunch on Sunday
