Thriftworks, Robot Koch, Tiger Fresh & Doc Riz
Living Prism presents:

Two world renowned musicians meeting on the same stage in Portland for a very special night:

/\ Thriftworks /\

Berkeley, California based producer Thriftworks offers his own uniquely original take on forward thinking electronic music, weaving eclectic samples and explosive modern bass that continually pushes the envelope while taking the art of beat-crafting to new heights. Garnering much praise from fans and critics alike with his steady stream of new material, Thriftworks is quickly becoming known as one of the finest up and coming experimental producers with his outside the box sound and unclassifiable style. Thriftworks' use of deep low-end and wall to wall synths seem to channel something ancient and mysterious, offering up an intoxicating musical high with an invigorating breath of fresh air. These sounds activate the senses, enrapture the mind, move the body and leave audiences begging for more.

/\ robot koch /\

Berlin based producer Robot Koch is a one-of-a-kind producer/composer. His unique sound of organic electronic music has been called "Wonderful and Strange  pop music from the future" (John Peel) and has been used on various TV shows and films including NBC`s "the Blacklist" and Fox`s "Rake," continuing to resonate with a growing audience worldwide. Although Robot Koch has an international reputation as being "One of Europe`s finest producers of the beat generation" (Low End Theory), he is much more than just a beatmaker... "(Post)-Dubstep infused Electronic HipHop" is far too constrained a label to understand what this producer is all about. Robot Koch is also the mastermind behind the critically acclaimed band Jahcoozi (BPitch Control), Robot Robinson with John Robinson and works as a producer and composer for both indie and major artists worldwide.
He is signed to the Berlin Electronic/Future Bass/HipHop label Project: Mooncircle since 2009 and he released 4 Albums (Death Star Droid / Songs For Trees And Cyborgs / Robot Robinson / The Other Side), and 2 EP's (Listen To Them Fade / Death Star Droid Remix EP) in the last 3 years. Koch produced also the full length debut album "Many Places" by Graciela Maria in 2010.
His music has been remixed by the likes of Modeselektor (Bpitch Control), Shlohmo (FOF), Blue Daisy (Black Acre), Chris de Luca (Funkstörung), Ital Tek (Planet Mu) and Ata (Playhouse).

/\ Doc Riz /\
