BLOOM. She Is Descending
The night before performer and bodyworker Lindsay Abromaitis-Smith was diagnosed with ALS, she dreamed of a goddess made entirely of plants and flowers who told her she had to learn how to physically manifest differently. BLOOM. SHE IS DESCENDING is an evolving document of her changing body, which she finds increasingly aligned with the slow, rooted unfurling of life in the plant world.
