bach/Brandenburg Concertos
"Some pieces of my composition" was how Bach described his six masterful concertos written for the Margrave of Brandenburg. Led by the Collegium's Associate Director and Concertmaster Manami White, Collegium Cincinnati will present two of these masterful concertos in their original scoring.
Bach asked that we "not judge their imperfection with the rigor of that discriminating and sensitive taste." Rather, come, pull up a 'Bach-tail', and enjoy these phenomenally virtuosic and spellbinding works played by the virtuosic instrumentalists of Collegium Cincinnati.
