Mountain Island Charter School presents Disney's High School Musical
Mountain Island Charter School brings the pop musical hit, High School Musical, to their stage located at 13440 Lucia Riverbend Hwy Mount Holly, NC.
It's the first day after winter break at East High. The Jocks, Brainiacs, Thespians and Skater Dudes find their cliques, recount their vacations, and look forward to the new year. Basketball team captain and resident jock Troy discovers that the brainy Gabriella, a girl he met singing karaoke on his ski trip, has just enrolled at East High. They cause an upheaval when they decide to audition for the high school musical, led by Ms. Darbus. Although many students resent the threat posed to the "status quo," Troy and Gabriella's alliance might just open the door for others to shine as well.
The show features MICS High School and Middle School Students singing such popular hits like We're All in this Together, Bop to the Top and I Can't Take My Eyes Off of You. A teen classic, Disney's High School Musical On Stage offers foot stomping fun for the hole family.

January 30th at 7pm and
January 31st at 2pm
Cost: $7/Student and $10/Adult

Open Seating- Doors Open 30 minutes before each Performance
