Doors: 2:00 pm. First whistle: 3:30pm.
First bout (3:30 pm): Grand Central Terminators vs. Garden State Rollergirls
Second bout (5:30 pm): Wall Street Traitors vs. Philly Roller Girls Independence Dolls
Third bout (7:30 pm): Gotham Girls All Stars vs. Team Canada

Coney Island's Abe Stark Arena -- ordinarily a civic ice hockey venue -- will be transformed into a Boardwalk Roller Derby Palace of Awesome.... again!
Gotham Girls Roller Derby ("GGRD") is proud to present some hard hitting action with three bouts. The Grand Central Terminators, GGRD's C team, will be up first, playing against the Garden State Rollergirls from New Jersey. The second bout of the night will be a battle between B teams, GGRD's Wall Street Traitors and Philly's Independence Dolls.
The final bout of the day will be an international fight to the finish between the GGRD All Stars and Team Canada, the team that will be representing Canada in the Roller Derby World Cup later this year.
The venue (pictured here at http://www.nycgo.com/venues/abe-stark-rink) will allow both trackside seating and seating in the stands. Due to the layout of the venue, there will be no VIP seating for this event. Tickets are general admission only. If you plan to sit trackside, you should bring your own folding chair.
Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed to sit trackside. Children 5 and under are admitted free.
Alcohol will be served at the bout - a rarity for New York derby, and the last time this season!

Abe Stark Arena is convenient to the Stillwell Avenue stop, at the end of the D, F, N, and Q trains. It's situated in the parking lot of MCU Park, just west of the subway stop.

We want all fans attending our bouts to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a bout, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
*Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
*Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
*Foul or abusive language, signs or obscene gestures
*Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the track)
*Failing to follow instructions of venue and league personnel
*Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
