PSIFT Symposium February 23, 2010
The Puget Sound IFT has put together an exciting Symposium this year focused on Sensory Evaluation. We will be learning about the origins of chocolate and highlight the process by tasting various chocolates. We are honored to have our current IFT President, Marianne Gillette, joining us and giving a presentation on the Importance of Sensory Evaluation in the Development of New Products. Alan Bennett with the FDA will give an update on FDA and answer any questions that you may have. The FDA Q&A session is always popular with the members that attend. The cost is only $35.00 for the symposium with lunch and includes entry into the 33rd annual PSIFT Supplier's Night. Space is limited, so register early. Credit card payments will incur a convenience fee of $1.99 per person. No credit cards can be accepted the day of the Symposium.
