St. Louis Premiere Craft Beer-Tasting Festival is now in its 15th year. The event features beers from dozens of North American craft breweries and international beers, as well as great food from area restaurants. The event features more than 80 local, regional and international brews and over 30 craft sodas
Highlights include:
A demonstration tent hosting professional chefs creating beer and food pairings, professional brew masters sharing their secrets and home brewing demonstrations
Brewers Olympics
Homebrew Competition
Live music throughout the weekend
VIP Biergarten featuring specialty beers, food and fun giveaways
Food from some of St. Louis most popular restaurants
St. Louis Microfest is the annual fund-raising event that benefits the Lift For Life Gym. A non-profit organization that runs year-round after-school programs for inner city St. Louis kids ages 8-18. The Gym provides nutritious meals, homework help, health and fitness programs, and a safe, fun place for kids all free of charge. Lift For Life Gym is supported solely by private donations and fund-raising events such as the Microfest.
Must be 21 or over to purchase tickets for beer tasting. Ticket entitles purchaser to a small tasting glass; upgrade to commemorative Pilsner glass for $10 at event. Children accompanied by parents are welcome; non-alcoholic soda tasting glass available for purchase. Discounted advance ticket sales end at noon on Thursday, April 29.
