The Backpack Monologues

The Backpack Monologues is a theatrical performance that empowers young women to promote social change in their communities while addressing sexual and social issues that impact girls and women everywhere. The premier performance will be held at Covenant Baptist Church on March 27 at 3:00pm.
The cast is made up of young women from the Generation to Generation Teen Pregnancy Prevention Project, a program of the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice.
Yorri J. Berry is the writer and director.
Note: Proceeds from the production will go the Generation to Generation Teen Pregnancy Prevention Project, which helps to prevent teen pregnancy in Washington, DC's Ward 8. Donation are 100% tax deductible
The performance is suitable for female and male audiences ages 12 and up.
Please consider buying an additional ticket or two to donate to our program. It's easy to do:
1. Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase.
2. Make sure "Will Call" is selected.
3. Either Select "Hold all tickets under one name" and enter your full name in the First Name box and then the word "Donation" in the Last Name box. Or select the option to enter names for each ticket. Please write "Donation" for each of the tickets you will donate.
