NYChocolatier Daniel Sklaar, founder of Fine & Raw, is known for being fond of creatively intoxicating your palate by crafting raw cacao with other raw discoveries like blue agave nectar, coconut oil, and Himalayan sea salt. All his chocolates are hand made in small batches and rich in antioxidants. Special attention is given to the ingredients used, all in their natural state. Daniel has explored a myriad of places and eaten a lot of chocolate to find the finest quality cacao beans, nectars and spices.
